When I realised someone was going to talk me through, on the phone, instructions to change my email provider plus tidying up other stuff I was rather frightened BUT it all went very smoothly . Excellent customer service. Laptop was repaired a day earlier than expected and extremely happy with the cost. Curry’s would only give me a price for repair if I put it in for service first, meaning it would have to be sent off for an ‘assessment’ to their service center as apparently it’s not something they do in store; and here’s the killer, they want you to pay £50 upfront ! It doesn’t take a blind man to see how that’s open to abuse. No, I’m very happy with ‘geek on wheels’ and without hesitation would trust them with all future repairs.
