I had a really tricky problem with the Send facility on my Outlook.My business depends so totally on my ablility to react quickly via emails and I was really worried. The Geeks people wrestled with the problem and never gave up and they sorted it. THANK YOU GEEKS YOU SAVED MY CHRISTMAS!

This is the first time I’ve used the remote service and I have no complaints. I booked the appointment because my Outlook 2016 had stopped working. I booked a half hour and it took exactly that to sort it out completely. It’s now up and running again and I’m well pleased. Many thanks to the young man who did it – sorry I’ve forgotten his name
Not the first time I’ve used the remote service but it works fabulously, especially as Iive out in the sticks. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, what more could you ask for. Unfortunately not everything can be done remotely viz reconnect my scanner/printer but I guess you can’t get everything in life.db
